Bun & Beef’s story starts with a Canadian burger lover who fell in love with Kenya’s warm culture and saw an opportunity to bring something new to Nairobi’s food scene. Teaming up with Chef Jaxx, they spent four months perfecting the ultimate smash burger, working tirelessly to get every detail just right. From the carefully selected ingredients to the freshly baked potato buns, each element of our burgers has been fine-tuned to create a flavour combination that’s hard to resist. Our goal is simple: to serve up the best smash burgers in Nairobi, period. As we get ready to open at Village Market, we’re excited to welcome our guests to Bun & Beef.
